There is a great range of cardio equipment at Zero Limits, all including built in HR or link to your MYZONE and other HR device.

GROUP FITNESS ZONE
The group fitness rooms also double as training space outside of class times (Classes always take priority - please vacate the space 10mins before class time!). In the rooms there are:

FREE WEIGHTS ZONE
We have a stacked free weights area with trees full of plates and bars for our wide range of lifters. Our heavy lifting floors are all rubber matted.

GENERAL FACILITIES
We have toilet and shower facilities for everyone including a disabled shower and toilet space.
Car parking - we have off street carparking and have loads of space for everyone adjacent to and behind our building. We also have 2 disabled car parks directly out front from our front entrance.
We are a 24/7 facility. This is only usable once you have registered and been through the health and safety induction.
